Transfer Airport to the Hostel (<1H) -> Terminus Tramway – Direction Palais de Justice – Stop at « Les Arènes » – Taking the Subway Line A (Red one) – Direction Balma Gramont – Stop at « Marengo SNCF » and follow Boulevard des Minimes (look Train Station transfer below).
Transfer Hostel to the Airport (<1H) -> Walk by the train station « Marengo SNCF » and take the Subway Line A (Red one) – Direction Basso Combo – Stop at « Les Arènes » – Take Tramway T2 – Direction « Aéroport » – Stop to the Terminus

You can install your stand friday 7th june morning by 9am, you will have by project/ Vous pouvez installer votre stand le vendredi matin à partir de 9h, vous aurez pour votre stand:
- 1 table
- 1 exhibition grid/ grille d’exposition
- some chairs/ quelques chaises
- eletricity access/ un accès électrique

Please don’t forget to bring some food specialties but remember: the cultural evening is the Friday night (some of you will be there since tuesday).
You can present your country with a slide show, a song, a dance or whatever form you prefer (5min maximum and told us what you plan so we can ajust our organisation).
N’oubliez pas d’amener des spécialités régionales pour la soirée interculturelle, mais souvenez-vous que la soirée est seulement vendredi (certains arrivent dés le mardi).
Vous pouvez présenter votre pays ou région (ou ville pour ceux d’Occitanie) avec un diaporama, une danse, une chanson ou la forme que vous préférez (5min max et faites nous savoir la forme que vous avez choisi afin que l’on puisse adapter notre organisation).
A Whatsapp Group will be create to communicate better between supervisors and participants.
Un groupe whatsapp sera créer pour permettre de communiquer au mieux entre les superviseurs et les participants.
